Refund Policy for Nearme Cab

At Nearme Cab, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for ride bookings and other services provided through our website.
1. Ride Cancellation and Refunds
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Before Driver Allocation: If you cancel a ride request before a driver is allocated, you are eligible for a full refund of any charges made.
After Driver Allocation: If you cancel a ride after the driver has been allocated but before the driver starts the journey to your pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
1.2 Cancellation by the Driver or Nearme Cab
If your ride is canceled by the driver or Nearme Cab due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., driver unavailability), you will receive a full refund of any pre-paid amount.
1.3 No-Show by the Customer
If the driver arrives at the pickup location and you fail to show up or respond within the waiting period (as defined in the website), a no-show fee may apply, and any remaining balance may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Payment Errors and Disputes
If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error or a failed payment attempt, please contact us immediately at support@nearmecab.com or 7498440695.
Refunds for overcharges or duplicate payments will be processed after verification, typically within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following fees are non-refundable:
Cancellation fees for customer-initiated cancellations after driver allocation.
No-show fees as specified in Section 1.3.
Any additional charges incurred due to customer negligence or policy violations.
